We are looking for the Project Coordinator to support the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and monitoring project delivery across multiple technical workstreams. The role assists in managing project timelines, tracking deliverables, maintaining project documentation, and facilitating communication between cross-functional teams. The position plays an important role in ensuring project execution follows PMO standards and delivery frameworks adopted by the organization.

• Assist the Project Manager in planning project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Support sprint planning, backlog tracking, and delivery coordination for Agile-based projects.
• Track action items, risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple teams.
• Maintain project artifacts including project plans, sprint trackers, RAID logs, and status reports.
• Coordinate communication between engineering teams, QA teams, and external stakeholders.
• Assist in preparing materials for project review meetings and stakeholder updates.
• Support documentation of technical requirements, project scope changes, and change requests.
• Track project deliverables and ensure tasks are updated in project management tools (e.g., Jira).
• Assist in coordinating project releases, testing cycles, and milestone checkpoints.
• Support continuous improvement of project delivery processes within the PMO.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in project coordination, PMO support, or software development project environments.
• Basic understanding of Agile development methodologies (Scrum / Kanban).
• Familiarity with scaled Agile environments such as the SAFe Agile Framework is an advantage.
• Experience supporting Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews is preferred.
• Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar tools is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Project, MS Visio, and MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and follow up with different stakeholders to ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
• Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
