• Ensure timely submission of departmental performance reports.

2. Data Collection & Quality Assurance

• Develop and maintain data collection tools, templates, and reporting formats.
• Verify the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of collected data.
• Conduct regular data quality audits and validation exercises.
• Ensure compliance with hospital data management policies and procedures.
• Maintain centralized databases and performance dashboards.

3. Analysis & Reporting

• Analyze hospital operational, clinical, financial, and HR performance data.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports.
• Generate trend analyses, dashboards, scorecards, and management reports.
• Present findings and recommendations to management teams.
• Support accreditation and regulatory reporting requirements.

4. Quality Improvement & Patient Safety

• Monitor quality indicators, patient safety incidents, and risk management metrics.
• Assist departments in identifying root causes of performance gaps.
• Support quality improvement projects and corrective action plans.
• Track implementation and effectiveness of improvement initiatives.

5. Evaluation Activities

• Conduct evaluations of hospital programs, projects, and initiatives.
• Assist in baseline assessments, process evaluations, and outcome evaluations.
• Measure effectiveness and impact of organizational interventions.
• Provide recommendations for service improvement and operational excellence.

6. Training & Capacity Building

• Train department focal persons on data collection and reporting requirements.
• Promote a culture of data-driven decision-making.
• Provide technical support to departments regarding KPI monitoring and reporting.

7. Compliance & Accreditation Support

• Support hospital accreditation standards related to quality and performance monitoring.
• Assist in preparing documents and evidence for audits and inspections.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.

• Timeliness of monthly performance reports.
• Accuracy of KPI data submissions.
• Percentage of departments reporting on time.

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Public Health, Healthcare Management, Statistics, Business Administration, Quality Management, Nursing, Medical Technology, or related field.
• Master's Degree is preferred.

Experiences

• Minimum 35 years of experience in Monitoring & Evaluation, Quality Management, Hospital Operations, Healthcare Analytics, or Performance Management.
• Experience –in hospital or healthcare settings preferred.
