Key Responsibilities
● Lead engineering strategy, maintenance, and project execution to ensure safe, reliable operations.
● Oversee mechanical systems, utilities, and production equipment to maximize uptime and efficiency.
● Drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs to reduce breakdowns and control costs.
● Manage engineering teams, contractors, and vendors to deliver high-quality technical support.
● Ensure compliance with HSE standards, legal requirements, and company policies.
● Support capital projects, installations, upgrades, and commissioning activities from start to finish.
● Analyze performance data, identify issues, and implement improvements for productivity and safety.
● Coordinate cross-functionally with operations and management to support business objectives.

● Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
● Minimum 5 years of engineering experience, with strong managerial exposure.
● Proven background in plant maintenance, project management, and technical operations.
● Experience in agriculture, manufacturing, or process industry is preferred.
● Strong knowledge of HSE practices, risk control, and regulatory compliance.
● Excellent leadership, people management, and decision-making skills.
● Ability to solve complex technical issues and drive continuous improvement.
● Strong communication and coordination skills with internal teams and external partners.
● Proficient in engineering planning, budgeting, and performance monitoring.
● Based in or willing to work in Mingaladon, Yangon.
