  • Assist the Project Manager in planning and executing projects on time and within budget
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings/appointments with architects, engineers, and contractors
  • Support procurement, inventory tracking, and material delivery coordination
  • Maintain project documentation, reports, and schedules
  • Assist in budget control, cost monitoring, and risk management
  • Participate in project meetings and follow up on assigned action items.
  • Assist in site inspections, quality checks, and follow-up on corrective actions.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Project Manager or management

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
