Develop and implement international sales strategies to expand the company’s market presence and achieve revenue targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in overseas markets through research, networking, and strategic partnerships.
Manage and grow relationships with international clients, distributors, and agents to ensure long-term business success.
Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution of export orders and timely delivery.
Negotiate sales contracts, pricing, and trade terms in accordance with company policies and international regulations.
Monitor and analyze global market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform business strategy.
Oversee export documentation, shipping arrangements, and customs compliance to ensure adherence to trade laws and regulations.
Collaborate with marketing teams to tailor promotional strategies and campaigns for target regions.
Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and profitability analyses for management review.
Represent the company at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and business forums to promote products and strengthen brand presence.

လိုအပ်သောအရည်အချင်း
Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Marketing, Trade, or a related field; a Master’s or MBA is an advantage.
7–10 years of experience in international sales, export management, or global trade operations, preferably in manufacturing, engineering, or consumer goods.
Strong knowledge of export/import procedures, Incoterms, and international trade regulations.
Proven track record in building global client networks and achieving international sales targets.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software; knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage.
Ability to analyze markets, forecast demand, and develop entry strategies for new regions.
Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required; Chinese or additional languages are an asset.
Willingness to travel internationally as required.
