  • Develop and implement quality assurance policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and customer specifications.
  • Lead and manage the quality assurance team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure adherence to quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
  • Conduct regular inspections, audits, and tests on raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products to verify quality attributes, identify defects, and ensure conformity to specifications.
  • Establish and maintain quality control measures and monitoring systems to track production processes, detect deviations, and prevent non-conformities before they occur.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and customer specifications.
  • Lead and manage the quality assurance team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure adherence to quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
  • Conduct regular inspections, audits, and tests on raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products to verify quality attributes, identify defects, and ensure conformity to specifications.
  • Establish and maintain quality control measures and monitoring systems to track production processes, detect deviations, and prevent non-conformities before they occur.
  • Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS), KORE and other relevant quality and safety standards.
  • Manage the sensory program and provide annual refresher training. To prepare the quarterly report for the SPPS.
  • Lead the document control system and to ensure all the documents are comply with ISO, HACCP, FSSC requirements.
  • Conduct and monitor the factory waste management system (Hazardous waste and non-hazardous waste)
  • Manage the change of management program.

လိုအပ်သောအရည်အချင်း

  • Bachelor Degree (Chemistry or Industrial Chemistry), Certifications an advantage including Quality Auditor, ISO Preferred.
  • Mature Candidate (under 40 years).
  • At Least (8) years’ experiences of related fields. Preferred the relevant experience with food Industry.
  • Should be expertise in implementing rules and regulations (like related with FDA, FSSC, GMP, HACCP, TQM, ISO) etc.
  • Have good communication, managing, organizing, negotiation, Creative thinking and problem-solving skill.
  • Ability to priorities and work well under pressure.
  • Proficient in English and computer skills.
