- Manage daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch
- Ensure smooth coordination between warehouse, retail stores, and inventory teams
- Maintain clean, organized, and efficient warehouse layout
- Monitor and maintain accurate stock levels and records
- Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and audits
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies (shortage, damage, overstock)
- Plan and coordinate timely delivery of products to stores
- Ensure correct allocation and transfer of stock across multiple locations
- Optimize processes to improve speed and reduce errors
- Maintain proper documentation and reporting systems
- Improve warehouse processes for better efficiency and cost control
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and operational standards
- Supervise warehouse staff and assign daily tasks
- Monitor team performance and provide training where needed
- reports directly to the Warehouse & Operations Manager

- 4 years experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory management
- Strong understanding of stock control and warehouse systems
- Good leadership and team management skill
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilit
- Strong proficiency in Excel and inventory management systems
- Ability to work under pressure and handle large stock volumes
