Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing potential candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Conducting initial phone screenings to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Managing and updating the candidate pipeline within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Building and maintaining a strong database of passive candidates for future roles.
• Assisting senior recruiters in managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
