(1) Responsible for conducting target audience research, analyzing market trends, and defining consumer personas. Develop, pitch, and present marketing strategies while overseeing the end-to-end production of high-quality multimedia creative copy and content.
(2) Supervise daily operations by reviewing and auditing creative copywriting, multimedia content, and digital media assets. Evaluate performance marketing analytics and campaign metrics provided by the digital team to ensure optimal budget allocation and target ROI.
(3) Act as the primary liaison with external creative agencies, media partners, and cross-functional teams to coordinate high-impact promotional events, public relations presentations, and integrated online campaigns.
