Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive sales, brand awareness, and business growth.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
Plan and manage digital and offline marketing campaigns.
Ensure brand consistency while adapting campaigns to the local market.
Manage brand reputation, PR, and CSR initiatives.
Build partnerships through industry events and media engagement.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze ROI, and optimize marketing activities.
Collaborate with Operations and Commercial teams on pricing, promotions, and product performance.
Develop customer promotions and loyalty programs to increase sales and retention.
Coordinate with international franchisors to align local marketing with global brand standards.
Prepare and manage the marketing budget, monitor expenses, and negotiate with agencies and suppliers.
Report marketing performance and budget updates to senior management.

Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the F&B industry.
Strong understanding of Myanmar consumer behavior and the local F&B market.
Proven experience in brand management, digital marketing, campaign planning, and marketing analytics.
Proficiency in Facebook Business Suite, TikTok marketing, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing platforms.
Strong budgeting, financial analysis, and ROI management skills.
Fluent in both English and Burmese.
