An Excellent Opportunity for ...

Support ATL/BTL campaign development and execution in collaboration with agencies and internal teams.
Work closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, Media, and Finance teams to ensure brand strategies are effectively executed in market.Monitor market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to refine brand strategies.
Supplier and Agency Cash In/Out process work with Finance Department
Project related PR form submittion, follow up to Procurement Dept and design requestsition to design team
Cross department follow up process and reporting to update project status to Brand Manager
Assign Project and Budget usage completion report to Brand Manager
Go market visit with Brand Manager to know about market situation and understanding of branding strategy.

လိုအပ်သောအရည်အချင်း

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration
At least 2-3 years of experience in brand management, ideally within FMCG/personal care categories.
Experience in NPD and working with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
Passion for parenting, baby care, or health-related consumer segments is a plus.
