We are hiring a business analyst to join our project team. You will work alongside other business analysts and report directly to the Head of Product and Service. To succeed in this role you should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users.

• Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
• First line of interfacing of data and analytics team with business as well as IT organization. Partner with business stakeholders in products, marketing, operations and other banking functions
• Translate business needs to technical specifications involving finding the data sources in existing data ecosystem.
• Automation and digitization of information dashboards.
• Analyzes business issues and performs business impact analysis and recommends best approach to solve problems
• Perform day-to day operation of data refreshing and updating to Data Dashboards
• Deliver business ad-hoc requirements to business units with accurate data points
• Supporting the strategic planning process by conducting collection and analysis of information including market data (local and global), competitive intelligence, & competitors’ activities

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, IT, Marketing or related
• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in business analytic or data analytic
• Excellent Analytical thinking, proactive and creative
• Strong Teamwork & excellent interpersonal skills
• Effective negotiation, excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong knowledge of Excel, SQL and Analytical tools (Power BI, Tableau)
• Having knowledge of Python is a plus
• Good command in English for both verbal and written
• Proficient in relevant computer application

• Knowledge of banking, finance and project management

• Being able to stay OT when it is required
