  • Act as a liaison between business units, SWIFT operation team, IT team, and external vendors.
  • Support system integration between SWIFT and banking applications to ensure smooth message flows (MX/MT).
  • Assist in testing (UAT), troubleshooting, and validation of integration settings.
  • Monitor and follow up on interface issues between SWIFT and banking systems.
  • Provide basic technical guidance and support to end users.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Basic knowledge of SWIFT messaging standards (MT/MX/ISO 20022) and banking processes.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills to bridge business and technical teams.
  • Experience in banking operations, SWIFT services, or project coordination is an advantage.
