  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs, identify performance gaps, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Analyze overall business performance and provide insights to support organizational objectives.
  • Support financial target setting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Review business unit performance and assess key revenue and cost drivers.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Perform ad-hoc analyses and special projects as required.
  • Provide supporting data and analysis for monthly financial reporting.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly business performance reports, including variance analysis.
  • Track product performance trends and monitor key KPI movements.
  • Analyze revenue, customer, product, usage, and cost performance against budgets, forecasts, and prior periods.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to forecast revenue, costs, and profitability.
  • Build and maintain pricing models and support pricing strategy development.
  • Monitor product and campaign performance and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, break-even analysis, and financial projections for new initiatives.
  • Perform competitor benchmarking and analyze market pricing and fee structures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic planning, budgeting, and business decision-making.
  • Identify business risks and opportunities and provide actionable recommendations to management.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance business performance and operational efficiency.

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a quantitative field (Mathematics/Statistics).
  • Progress toward or completion of ACCA (Part II/III), CIMA, or CFA is highly preferred.
  • Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in FP&A, Pricing, or Financial Analysis. Experience in the Banking or Financial Services sector is an added advantage.
  • Advanced Excel: Must be able to handle complex formulas and dynamic modeling.
  • Solid understanding of banking products, interest margins, and cost allocation methods.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to explain financial results to non-finance stakeholders.
