Job Summary

The Sales Development Executive is responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and supporting the sales team to achieve revenue targets. This role involves lead generation, market research, client engagement, and coordination with internal teams to promote construction chemical products (waterproofing, repair, and strengthening solutions).

Key Responsibilities:        

Lead Generation & Market Research

  • Identify and qualify potential leads through research, networking, and field visits.
  • Generate and maintain a database of prospective clients (contractors, consultants, developers, and project owners).

Client Engagement & Sales Development

  • Conduct initial client meetings and presentations to introduce products and services.
  • Follow up on inquiries, quotations  and tenders to secure orders.
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals, tenders and sales quotations.

Sales Support & Coordination

  • Support the sales team in achieving monthly, quarterly  and annual targets.
  • Collaborate with Project Monitoring, Technical and Logistics Teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Participate in exhibitions, trade shows and marketing events to promote company products.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales activity reports.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads  and opportunities in the CRM system.

  • Any Graduated.
  • Diploma in Sales & Marketing Management.
  • (3) years experience in sales, preferably in construction chemicals or related construction material.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Package (Word , Excel , PowerPoint ,…..)
  • Willingness to travel to project sites.
