• Drive revenue targets across: in app premium content purchases, monthly subscription, virtual gifting , brand partnerships & sponsorships, advertising solutions and live commerce & creator campaigns.
• Optimize pricing strategies, commission structure, virtual gift packages and advertising income structure
• Acquire and manage key brand clients and media agencies.
• Build long-term strategic partnerships.
• Work with top creators to maximize earnings.
• Design Campaign packages (Brand+ creator Collaborations)
• Support creators in monetization strategies.
• Plan digital marketing/branding strategy and execute the plan with marketing team.
• Identify, plan and launch monetization features with strong commercial strategy.
• Align with product team on revenue-driven feature development.
• Work cross-functionally with product, marketing and operations.

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Business It or any relevant.
• Minimum 3 years experience in commercial, digital marketing, business development field.
• Digital product or IT industry is preferred.
• Good Communication and interpersonal skills, a basic understanding of commercial operations or marketing,
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn quickly.
• Strong presentation skills.
