  • Plan, manage, and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

  • Lead, motivate, and supervise the sales team to ensure high performance.

  • Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities within the assigned area.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and business partners.

  • Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities.

  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis for management review.

  • Ensure proper implementation of company policies, pricing, and promotional activities.

  • Coordinate with Marketing, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure smooth sales operations.

  • Handle customer feedback, complaints, and ensure timely resolution.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
