- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets- Ensure excellent customer service standards, showroom cleanliness, and visual merchandising- Monitor sales KPIs, team performance, and individual productivity- Plan and execute showroom promotions, events, and test-drive campaigns- Coordinate closely with Marketing, Logistics, and Service teams to ensure smooth operations- Handle VIP customers and key sales negotiations when required- Ensure full compliance with brand standards and company policies- Analyze local market trends and propose strategies to improve showroom performance- Prepare sales reports and provide insights and recommendations to senior management

လိုအပ်သောအရည်အချင်း
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in showroom or retail management (automotive/EV industry preferred)- Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills- Solid understanding of EV technology and customer buying behavior- Proven ability to deliver high customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships- Strong analytical, reporting, and organizational skills- Fluent in local language; English proficiency is an advantage
