  • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in business development, crewing, or manning agency.
  • Must have Oversea marketing experience
  • Strong knowledge of shipping industry practices, 
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain B2B client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills (English and local).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize deadlines, and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and crew management systems.
  • Willingness to travel and attend industry networking events.
