  • 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
  • Ensure smooth and accurate day-to-day financial operations and accounting activities.
  • Supervise and verify all payment and receipt vouchers (Credit, Debit, Journal, and Advance and Advance settlement) for accuracy, validity, and completeness.
  • Prepare and review adjusting journal entries to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare, review, and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (SOPOL, SOFP, SOCF, SOCIE and Variance).
  • Participate in annual budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Compare and analyze monthly budget vs. actual performance, and prepare management reports accordingly
  • Coordinate and support external and internal audit processes, ensuring all audit requirements are met.
  • Handle tax compliance, calculation, and submission on time as per statutory requirements.
  • Drive accurate and timely financial data entry in Software and Excel.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce financial risks.
  • Supervise and guide the accounting team members, ensuring work quality, accuracy, and adherence to deadlines.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to accounting team members.
  • Foster teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement within the Finance Department

  • Must have Knowledge of Accounting Software/ Advanced Excel/ Microsoft Word

  • Must have Leadership Skill
  • Excellent Analytical, Organizational and Communication skills.
