To coordinate Business solution team members and perform integration with corporate clients for for the Payment Services integration merchants, Wallet and banking application.
- Provide technical, operational, product and service support to an assigned group of Ecommerce payment and large corporate clients for the Payment Services integration merchants, Wallet and banking application.
• Serve as the primary point-of-contact for key account relationships (e.g. high-volume, high-spend merchants, corporate clients)
. Provide required product (KBZPay partner app, portal) trainings to merchants and respective users at outlets.
• Ensure merchant needs and issues are being met and resolved in a high-quality and timely manner.
• Onboarded the new merchants in the system and support of related process of merchants.
• Provide merchant support for any operational projects or products releases/enhancements that may impact new or existing merchants
• Provide the compatible payment integration solutions to the merchants.
• Involvement may include client communication, outbound call support or conversion support.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all applicable payment gateway solutions, connectivity options and all other payment-related applications.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all current and future payment processing products and services).
• Recognize new product or pricing trends within the industry and recommend new ideas or processes to management.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of payment network rules and operating regulations. Work with prospects and existing vendors, third party payment processor and payment partners to ensure compliance with payment network rules and operating regulations
