  • Review and monitor credit card transactions, comparing data from multiple sources such as bank statements, cards association reports, and internal system
  • Research and investigate all credit card disputes; make proper adjustments/charge backs and needed; balance and prepare related credit card transactions
  • Corresponding with VISA/JCB/MPU and submit dispute cases and Chargeback to respective card scheme
  • Applies Bank, CBM, and card scheme industry regulation and practices in resolving dispute
  • ATM Ecommerce and POS related customer dispute request (dispute case with MCB customer using MPU card and checking transaction information for customer service and crediting the account)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • 3 years of experience in a related field
  • Proficient in all four aspects of English—reading, writing, speaking, and listening must have a basic level
  • Skilled in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office applications for effective documentation, analysis, and presentation
  • Adapt at identifying issues, developing solutions, and implementing effective resolutions
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team, contributing to group efforts and achieving collective goals
  • Essential for staying current with evolving card technologies and systems
