Job Summary

Responsibilities of developing relationships with retailers and providing customers with insights regarding the products and category, building long-term strategic plans for development, and overseeing support staff such as analysts.

  • Making regular customer calls to promote services, build relationships and grow business.
  • Working closely with National Sales Manager, Category Sales Manager and sales team to ensure effective sales & marketing strategy
  • Execute market campaigns to develop brand to market
  • Record, analyze and report sales trends throughout Myanmar
  • Report and analyze figures with NSM and CSM
  • Build new customer pipeline & revenue channels
  • Achieve KPI’s and sales targets in line with overall company sales plans
  • Uphold organizational standards at all time

လိုအပ်သောအရည်အချင်း

  • Graduated in Business, Marketing or similar relevant field
  • Must have at least 3 years of sales experiences as Field Sales Supervisor/Sales Executive in FMCG products.
  • Ability to travel and work throughout Myanmar understanding of regions
  • Communicable Business English (both verbal & written)
  • Computer - Excel, Word – PowerPoint an advantage
  • Must be able to drive and holder of valid driving license
