Responsible for owning the “Lifestyle, Fashion & FMCG” category on the KBZPay Market, including driving portfolio growth and tracking sales performance of
products in this category.

Category Development
● Identifies on-demand assortment in the market and selects the most efficient merchants for those assortments
● Develops and grows assortment to targeted number of merchants and SKUs
● Managing and growing “Lifestyle, Fashion & FMCG” portfolio, including ongoing merchant
management with the category to ensure the quality of both merchant and customer experience

Merchant management
● Identifies and negotiates with merchants
● Monitors and evaluates current and future merchants based on product quality, price and delivery service
● Build strong rapport with merchants and communicates ongoing key communic ation
● Negotiates and manages promotion plans and execution with merchant

sPerformance management
● Manages the category to understand which products are best-selling, which channels are best etc.
● To carry out any other duties or special assignment this may be assigned to you from time to time by manager.

• Obtained Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Management, Marketing with Sales Management, Sales & Sales Management
• 2+ years of experience in strategic sales or “Lifestyle, Fashion or FMCG” category management
• Knowledge of direct-to-consumer ecommerce business practices and operations
• Basic computer skills
• Strong analytical, data-driven problem solving and decision-making skills.

• Good stakeholder/ supplier management
• Ability to deal with ambiguity, work with changing priorities and proactive manner Ability to facilitate cross-functional teams.
• Written and verbal communication skills
