Job Summary
We are seeking a Purchaser to support procurement activities for our construction projects in Yangon. The role focuses on sourcing materials, coordinating with vendors, monitoring deliveries, and ensuring cost-effective purchasing that meets project schedules and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
● Source and compare suppliers for construction materials, tools, and related services.
● Prepare purchase orders, track approvals, and coordinate timely delivery to project sites.
● Negotiate prices, terms, and lead times to achieve cost savings and reliable supply.
● Follow up with vendors on order status, shortages, returns, and delivery issues.
● Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier lists, and documentation for reporting.
● Coordinate with project, store, and finance teams to align purchasing with site needs.
● Check material specifications and quality against project requirements before purchase.

● Experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in construction, building, or related fields.
● Good understanding of materials sourcing, vendor management, and purchase order processes.
● Strong negotiation, communication, and coordination skills with internal teams and suppliers.
● Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow up on delivery schedules effectively.
● Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, for records and procurement tracking.
● Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work with accuracy under deadlines.
● Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant field is preferred.
● Based in Yangon or able to work in Shwe Pauk Kan.
