RESPONSIBILITIES
- Accountable for achieving the sales target & profitability for assigned accounts
- Prepare yearly Sales & Distribution plan for assigned accounts
- Manage and maximize the yearly Sales spending budget given
- Support Marketing by providing accurate monthly & yearly forecasting
- Participate in monthly Sales & Marketing meeting
- Participate & support the running of annual trade show
- Support and work with other departments in the company: Logistic, Finance & Marketing to achieve common company objectives

- Market situation/competitors update
- Monthly Sales update
- Weekly Sales Review
- Qtrly & yearly Sales review
- Monthly Work Plan

Previous experience of driving channel sales ideally within FMCG field, especially for Kids Products.
Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to build strong relationships with partners.
Strong personal network within the industry.
Driven, highly motivated and passionate about sales.
Professional sales training would be an advantage but not essential.
