Key Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting: Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).

• General Ledger Oversight: Monitor all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems to ensure 100% data integrity.

• Budgeting & Forecasting: Collaborate with department heads to develop annual budgets and provide variance analysis (Actual vs. Budget).

• Internal Controls: Design and implement rigorous internal control systems to prevent fraud and financial errors.

• Audit Management: Lead the coordination of annual external audits and internal financial reviews.

• Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor junior accounting staff, fostering a culture of professional growth.

• Any Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Active CPA (Certified Public Accountant)or ACCA is typically mandatory for this seniority level.

• Minimum of 7–10 years in accounting, with at least 3–5 years in a supervisory or management role.

• Expert-level knowledge of Any Accounting Software.

• Experience in a service industry
