Manage and supervise all accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash flow, fixed assets, and inventory accounting.
Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards and company policies.
Monitor the financial performance of cold storage, fish processing, and export operations to ensure cost control and profitability.
Oversee inventory valuation, stock reconciliation, and cost accounting for seafood products, packaging materials, and production activities.
Ensure timely preparation and submission of tax returns, statutory reports, and regulatory filings while maintaining compliance with Myanmar tax laws and financial regulations.
Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, banks, and government authorities during audits and financial reporting processes.
Prepare annual budgets, financial forecasts, cash flow projections, and management reports to support strategic decision-making.
Develop, implement, and monitor internal controls, accounting policies, and financial procedures to safeguard company assets and improve operational efficiency.
Lead, supervise, and develop the accounting team by providing guidance, performance management, and professional training.
Perform other accounting, financial management, and compliance duties assigned by senior management.

လိုအပ်သောအရည်အချင်း

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA, ACCA, CPA (Myanmar), or other recognized professional accounting qualifications are preferred.
Minimum 7 years of accounting experience, including at least 3 years in a senior accounting or supervisory position, preferably in the fisheries, manufacturing, cold storage, or export industry.
Strong knowledge of financial accounting, cost accounting, inventory management, taxation, budgeting, financial reporting, and internal controls.
Familiarity with export documentation, foreign currency transactions, import/export regulations, and inventory costing methods is an advantage.
Proficient in accounting software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical, leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet reporting deadlines.
High level of integrity, attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to work under pressure while leading a team effectively.
