  • Responsible for the whole process control and important decisions of project design management, including design stages, professional management, review of drawings, construction cooperation, project schedule, budget and resources.
  • Develop construction documentation to ensure compliance with expected design requirements, building codes and regulations.
  • Conduct site visits and coordinate with contractors during the construction phase.
  • Work with the project team to solve design problems and technical challenges.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Work with design architects, engineers and other professionals to develop architectural designs for projects.

  • Master's degree or above in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and other architectural design software and visualization tools.
  • Good understanding of building codes, regulations and construction methods.
  • Experience in developing and delivering construction projects from concept to completion.
  • Experience in managing project teams and coordinating with consultants, contractors and suppliers.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and complete projects on time.
  • Attention to detail, problem solving skills and creative thinking.
  • Strong ability of working under pressure, coordination, innovation, decision-making and analysis.
