Key Responsibilities

• Perform periodic internal audits of financial transactions and accounting records.
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of accounting documentation.
• Review cash receipts, payments, bank reconciliations, and petty cash.
• Identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
• Check Bank Statement and Balance Sheet of all Banks every month.
• Conduct regular stock audits of jewelry, gold, diamonds, gemstones, and related inventory.
• Verify inventory balances against inventory management system.
• Ensure proper documentation for stock transfers, sales, returns, and adjustments.
• Review sales transactions, discounts, voids, exchanges, and refunds.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, financial procedures, and internal controls.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of internal control systems.
• Prepare audit reports detailing findings, risks, and recommendations.
• Present audit findings to management.
• Follow up on corrective actions to ensure timely implementation.
• Maintain complete and confidential audit documentation.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or a related field.
• CPA or other relevant professional certification is an advantage.
• 5 years or more of experience in Internal Audit, External Audit, or Finance.
• Experience in the Jewelry, Gold, Luxury Retail, Manufacturing, or Retail industry is preferred.
• Experience auditing inventory and retail operations is highly desirable.
