We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial management of our diversified group of companies in the building materials, steel. The CFO will be a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for driving financial strategy, business growth, operational excellence, and corporate governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Group's financial strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead all finance, accounting, treasury, tax, budgeting, and financial planning functions.
• Prepare and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to the Managing Director and Board.
• Oversee cash flow, working capital, banking facilities, and financing activities.
• Develop annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
• Drive profitability improvement through financial analysis and cost optimization.
• Establish strong internal controls, financial policies, and risk management frameworks.
• Lead ERP implementation and continuous improvement of financial systems and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Evaluate investment opportunities, capital expenditures, and expansion projects.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Group Finance and Accounting teams.
• Provide strategic financial advice to support business expansion and executive decision-making.
• Perform other executive responsibilities assigned by the Managing Director.

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• CPA, ACCA, CIMA, CFA, MBA, or equivalent professional qualification is highly preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of finance and accounting experience, including 5 years in a senior leadership role (Finance Manager, Financial Controller, Head of Finance, or CFO).
• Proven experience managing finance across multiple companies or business units.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, treasury, taxation, corporate finance, and risk management.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial digital transformation.
• Excellent leadership, strategic planning, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• High integrity, professionalism, and business acumen.
• Experience in trading, manufacturing, distribution, construction, or building materials industries is an advantage.
