Strategic Leadership & Planning:

1. Develop and execute the company's long-term financial strategy. 
2. Lead strategic planning, investment appraisal, and provide data-driven insights to guide major business decisions. 

Corporate Finance & Capital Management:

1. Oversee all capital raising, funding strategies, treasure management, and banking relationships. 
2. Lead potential M&A, joint venture, or corporate restructuring activities. 

Financial Stewardship & Reporting:

1. Ensure the integrity of all financial reporting, including timely and accurate consolidated financial statements. 
2. Serve as the primary liaison with external auditors and ensure adherence to IFRS and local regulatory standards. 

Investor & Stakeholder Relations:

1. Act as a key spokesperson to investors, analysts, the Board of Directors, and financial partners. 
2. Prepare and present compelling financial narratives and performance updates. 

Risk, Governance & Compliance:

1. Establish a robust enterprise risk management framework. 
2. Ensure full legal, regulatory, and tax compliance across all operations in Myanmar and for international trade activities. 

Operational Excellence:

1. Drive efficiency across all financial processes, cost structures, and working capital management. 
2. Champion the implementation and optimization of financial systems (ERP) and digital transformation within finance. 

Team Leadership & Development:

1. Build, mentor, and lead finance and accounting team, fostering a culture of excellence, integrity, and business partnership. 

1. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business is required. 
2. A Master's degree ; MBA (Finance), MSc (Finance) or related is highly preferred. 
3. A Professional Certification (ACCA, CPA, or CIMA) is essential. A CFA charter will be viewed as a significant asset. 
4. 10-15 + years of progressive and comprehensive experience in finance and accounting. 
5. A minimum of 5+ years in a senior financial leadership role with full P&L and balance sheet responsibility. 
6. Proven track record in strategic financial planning, investor relations, and capital management (debt/equity).
7. Background in multi-divisional or complex group structures, with hands-on experience in consolidated financial reporting. 
8. Industry experience in agriculture, agro-chemicals, manufacturing, import/export, or distribution. 
9. Direct involvement in fundraising, M&A, corporate restructuring, or significant change management projects. 
10. Deep understanding of the operational and financial nuances of International trade, supply chain finance, and working capital optimization in the Myanmar context.
