Lead Financial Reporting & Consolidation:

1. Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements for multiple entities in compliance with IFRS. 
2. Manage the full consolidation process, including inter-company eliminations, foreign currency translation, and equity accounting. 
3. Develop insightful management reports, board presentations, and KPI dashboards to communicate financial performance. 

Drive Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):

1. Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes. 
2. Partner with business leaders to analyze variances, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to improve profitability and cost efficiency. 
3. Implement robust cost control measures and manage working capital to optimize cash flow. 

System Implementation & Management:

1. Act as the primary finance owner for our ERP system, ensuring data integrity and optimizing financial modules. 
2. Identify and lead initiatives to automate processes, improve reporting capabilities, and enhance system functionality. 

Ensure Controls & Compliance:

1. Maintain and strengthen the internal control environment to safeguard assets and ensure reporting accuracy. 
2. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and tax requirements. 
3. Serve as the main liaison for external auditors, facilitating a smooth audit process. 

Minimum Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a relevant field is a must.
2. Relevant Master's degree MBA (Finance), Master of Finance, M.Act or a professtional certification sucah as CPA, ACCA Part II finished, or equivalent is highley preferred. 
3. 5-8 years of prgoressive experience in accounting and finance, with a minimum of 2-3 years in a finance managerial role. 
4. Proven, hands-on experience in the following is mandatory:
   • Preparing Consolidated Financial Statements for multiple entities. 
   • Financial Reporting and Analysis and management reporting. 
   • Cost Control, Budgeting, and Financial Planning. 
   • Cash Flow Management and treasury oversight. 
   • Designing and auditing Internal Controls and ensuring compliance. 
   • Implementing, upgrading, or managing an ERP/Accounting System. 
5. Prior experience in manufacturing, agriculture, agro-chemicals, or import/distribution is a significant advantage. 
6. Pritical knowledge of inventory costing, customs duties, foreign exchange management, and Myanmar-specific regulatory compliance is highly valued.
