  • Optimize paid, owned, and earned media strategies to improve campaign performance.

  • Analyze marketing data and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

• Customer Experience & CRM

  • Develop strategies to improve customer journeys across online and offline touchpoints.

  • Oversee CRM initiatives, customer loyalty programs, and customer feedback management.

  • Use customer data and insights to strengthen customer engagement and lifetime value.

• Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team.

  • Set team objectives, monitor performance, and support professional development.

  • Foster creativity, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Business Collaboration & Budget Management

  • Collaborate with Sales, E-commerce, Product, and Operations teams to drive business growth.

  • Support retail and e-commerce campaigns to increase traffic, engagement, and conversion.

  • Manage the marketing budget, track campaign ROI, and report marketing performance to the CEO.

  • Recommend strategic marketing investments based on market trends and performance data.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.

Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive leadership experience in marketing, with proven success in brand management and digital marketing.

Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.
