Responsibilities:

• Assisting Operation Manager and Department Head for the cleaning works and any other assignments.

• Working with cleaning service provider for planning and scheduling of cleaning works.

• Working with landscaping service provider for planning and scheduling of landscaping works.

• Preparing the budget for the cleaning consumables and implementation with inventory control and supplies.

• Oversee cleanliness of show gallery and common areas including roads, façade, toilets, management office, stairways, carparks, landscaping area, waste disposal area, etc.

• Monitor the performance of site cleaning team and take action for closing the performance gap.

• Inspect completed work, prepare daily report and work out solution.

• Support tenants on their needs of cleaning service.

• Responsible for keeping site cleaning team encouraged and motivated.

Qualifications:

• Respond effectively in crisis or emergencies.

• Strong supervisory skills, ability to designate responsibilities.

• Knowledge of cleaning equipment, chemicals and procedures.

• Attention to detail and skilled organization.

• Ability to calculate figures and amounts for budgeting, ordering and inventory purposes.

• Interact with coworkers and members of the public courteously and professionally.

• Good interpersonal skill with highly self-motivated and multi-tasking personality.

• Computer Literacy

• 1 to 3 years working experience. Relevant work experience in property management or hospitality industry is a bonus.
