Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
New Team Formation: Organize and build new construction teams as required for upcoming projects, ensuring the right mix of skills and expertise.
Construction Knowledge: Possess a comprehensive understanding of construction processes, methodologies, regulations, and best practices to ensure success of the project and adherence to quality standards.
Financial Management: Take control of the Project’s P&L (Profit and Loss) and be accountable for financial performance, cost control, and profitability.
Strategy Development: Formulate construction-related business strategies aligned with company goals, ensuring long-term growth and market competitiveness.
Management Reporting: Regularly report on key performance metrics, project status, and financial results to management.
Client Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to drive repeat business and customer loyalty.

Proven track record of success in securing and managing construction projects, preferably in a leadership capacity.
Strong business acumen and the ability to make data-driven decisions to drive business growth.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and motivate diverse construction teams.
In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and industry regulations.
Financial management expertise, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively articulate business strategies to management.
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address challenges and capitalize on opportunities.
Proactive, result-oriented, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
