The Agronomist is the "Technical Voice" of the company on the ground. This role is responsible for diagnosing field conditions, collecting real-time growth data, and providing the expert advisory needed to transform traditional farming into a high-yield industrial supply chain.

• Perform regular field scouting to monitor soil nutrition, moisture levels, and crop health.
• Evaluate "Current Practices" of contracted farmers to identify gaps in productivity.
• Conduct specialized "Yield Gap Analysis" to determine why specific plots underperform.
• Utilize digital tools/apps to record planting dates, fertilizer application, and growth milestones.
• Convert raw field data into "Predictive Yield Reports" to assist the Team Leader in production scheduling.
• Maintain the "Farmer Technical Database" for 100% traceability from soil to factory.
• Simplify scientific concepts into easy-to-follow "Technical Bulletins" for local farmers.
• Host "Field Days" and demonstration plots to prove the effectiveness of new methods.
• Provide 1-on-1 advisory to farmers facing localized pest or nutrient crises.
• Author and update the "Package of Practices" (PoP) for each of the 6 core crops.
• Ensure all farmers comply with Global G.A.P. and food safety standards at the field level.

• Field Experience: 5+ years in Agricultural Extension or Field Research, specifically working with smallholder farmers or large associations.
• Communication Skills: Proven ability to communicate technical data to non-technical audiences (farmers) and senior management (CEO).
• Data Literacy: Proficiency in using Ag-Tech mobile apps, GPS mapping, and Excel for yield forecasting.
• Education: Degree in Agronomy, Crop Science, or Soil Science.
