Negotiating contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements

လိုအပ်သောအရည်အချင်း

- Age must be above 30 years old
- Must be M.E or B.E (Civil) degree holder
- Project Management related certificate holder preferable
- At least 5-year experience in the position of Project Manager
- At least 10-year experience in construction
- Basic in English, both oral or written
- Proficiency with Email and Microsoft Office Application
- Computer Literacy
- Excellent problem solving skill and negotiation skill
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good presentation skill
- High motivation, commitment to work and can work under pressure
- Strong leadership
- To take responsibility for project management including Project planning, Time management, Cost management, Quality management, Safety & Risk management
- To oversee project from the beginning to finish
- To lead, coach, manage and motivate project teams
- To coordinate with all parties involved in the project including architects, engineers, consultants, contractors
