Responsibilities:
• Develop a deep understanding how CB Bank operate and its systems operate
• Maintain the data analytics and improving framework of our innovation platform
• Assist in data cleanup, normalization, transformation, developing new functionalities and features
• Produce components for advanced analytics, matching, search and visualization on big data
• Support senior data scientists in the decision making and strategy formulation
• Assist in making reports for the key findings and conclusions to the management and other stakeholders in the organizations with actionable recommendations
• Extract and analyze data, form hypothesis, conduct tests and deliver actionable insights based on your analysis that will enable stakeholders to take our bank development decisions
• Research the trends of emerging technologies in data analytics/machine learning/artificial intelligence, market dynamics and customer behaviors
• Identify problem areas and develop plans to overcome any issues to ensure the achievement of project
• Research on new technologies for better data management and efficient retrieval
• Engage the stakeholders to inspire and create awareness of CB Bank’s Data analytics capabilities

Qualification Required:
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Machine Learning, or equivalent, with strong focus on data analytics and machine learning
• Proficiency in R, Python, Azure or other statistical software and other programming languages
• Knowledge of Database technology, data warehouse architecture and Big Data technology
• Experience with relational SQL and NoSQL databases, including Postgres and Cassandra
• Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment
• Strong knowledge in quantitative methods including statistical modeling, machine learning, optimization methods, econometrics, graph theories, artificial intelligence, neural networks, text mining and natural language processing
• Good command of English and Myanmar Languages
