Job Description

Our Property Management Company, Vesta Property Management Company Limited is now looking for high caliber candidates for the Engineering Operations Manager position.

Oversees the daily operational of Commercial and Residential premises located in Yankin Township and Alhone Township of Yangon.  We are welcoming an experienced Property Manager, facilities management to oversees all daily operation of the development.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor all maintenance and renovation activities by monitoring site project progress whilst providing supporting documents like technical drawings, presentation materials, progress reports and financial data.
• Handling repair orders, preparing annual maintenance plans, overseeing maintenance services and leading the in-house maintenance team and others contract maintenance services providers.
• Accurately diagnose repairs, identify property needs, and coordinate repair works carried out by the in-house team and contracted out maintenance services providers.
• Ensure that all maintenance and servicing aspects are efficiently undertaken and completed satisfactorily.
• Provide a quick response to emergency and urgent maintenance queries, which is paramount to safeguarding our customers and properties.
• Schedule the renewal plan for all the governmental inspections and contact of maintenance and repairing contracts.
• Create reports on maintenance, repairs, safety and other occurrences for supervisors and other relevant staff.
• Formulate and review the maintenance procedures and policy.

• Mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering related degree such as Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or equivalent;
• Excellent commend of spoken and written English and Burmese language; 
• Professional accreditations and associations such as MEC, EEAC are preferred
• A minimum of 8 years’ experience for Grade-A offices and luxury retails and High-end residentials on managerial role on engineering maintenance.
• Track record working in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines, working proactively and collaboratively as part of a team
• Competent in technical drawing such as AutoCAD and handle project documentations including project plan, project timeline, budget, and other related guidelines and procedures.
• Positive, high level of professionalism, agile and highly efficient.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Burmese language.
• Candidate with less experience could be considered as Deputy Engineering Operations Manager.
