  • Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of building systems, electrical, plumbing, and security systems.
  • Develop, implement, and manage preventive maintenance schedules to ensure the longevity and efficiency of all facilities and equipment.
  • Supervise and manage Admin and Maintenance team
  • Optimize and maintain accurate records of all facilities-related assets and equipment, ensuring they are properly accounted for and maintained.
  • Prepare financial reports and forecasts related to facilities operations and maintenance.
  • Plan and manage capital projects and large-scale repairs or renovations.
  • Monitor and report on sustainability performance metrics and initiatives.

  • Professional certification such as Certified Facility Manager (CFM), Facilities Management.
  • Strong knowledge electrical, plumbing, and other building systems.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and compliance.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
