Assist the Head of Marketing, Retail Cluster, in the following areas:

• Contributes to the formulation and development of annual marketing plan & strategies.
• Plan A&P Expenses for the year in relation to marketing plans and programs.
• Monitor A&P Expenses against budget on a monthly basis.
• Supervise weekly Social Media content (e.g. Facebook) as well as daily posting and monitoring of content from Marketing Executive.
• Work with IDG and Finance to Post-evaluate all marketing campaigns and promotions no later than 1 month after promotion end.
• Supervise and provide direction for product shooting for mailer (as well as F&B where relevant).
• Ensure monthly mailer or other program is executed as per brief and on time.
• Coordinate with mall manager for brand sponsorship or campaigns.
• Coordinate with directors and producers on Radio / TVC production and provide local insights as and when required.
• Lead marketing events by providing leadership to all relevant parties.
• Provide leadership to in-house designers for creation of marketing /brand communication materials.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Possess at least 4-5 years of experience in Marketing. Prefer experience in Retail industry.
• Diploma or Certificate in related field is preferred
• Must have strong written and oral communication skills in both Myanmar and English language
• Must be able to use Microsoft Office.
