  • Lead and manage the PMO team and daily operations

  • Supervise and support PMO team

  • Ensure proper allocation of resources across projects

  • Drive team performance and continuous improvement

  • Ensure all Project follow standard methodologies and reporting formats
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, scope, and quality
  • Conduct project reviews, audits, and performance evaluations
  • Work closely with the internal department to track progress and resolve issues
  • Support project planning, scheduling, and execution
  • Ensure alignment of projects with company strategy and objectives
  • Maintain effective communication with clients and key stakeholders
  • Manage client relationships and ensure expectations are met
  • Address client concerns and escalate critical issues when necessary
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Engineering, Sales, Finance, Procurement and Logistics, etc.)
  • Identify project risks and issues
  • Develop mitigation and contingency plans
  • Escalate high-risk issues 

  • Prepare weekly and monthly PMO reports for management

  • Track KPIs, project performance, and resource utilization

  • Improve PMO systems, tools, and workflows

  • Introduce best practices to enhance efficiency and project success rate

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field

  •  5–8 years of experience in project management

  • Proven experience in a senior PMO / PM role (2–3 years) 

  • PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification (preferred)

  • Strong leadership and team management skills

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Strong client communication and relationship management ability

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Experience with project management tools (MS Project)

  • Good command of English (both written and spoken)
