Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.

Fluency in Myanmar and English (both written and verbal).

Must be able to type in Burmese (Zawgyi/Unicode) fluently for content review and community monitoring.

Proven 2–3 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Executive, Social Media Executive, or similar role, preferably in a marketing/advertising agency, FinTech, or telecom industry.

In-depth knowledge of digital platforms, social media trends, algorithms, and best practices (Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Websites).

Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills, with a strong attention to detail and brand guidelines.

Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas for digital content, integrated campaigns, and product launches.

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data from digital touchpoints and draw actionable insights.

Hands-on experience with social media advertising platforms, such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads Manager.

Proficient in campaign tracking, UTM implementation, SEO/SEM best practices, and website performance monitoring.

Provide regular reports and insights on digital channel and campaign performance, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for growth.

Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with internal cross-functional teams, creative departments, and external media agencies/vendors.

Tech-savvy with an agility to adapt to new digital marketing tools, AI features, and emerging industry trends.
