• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)• Manage and update website content and social media accounts• Create engaging digital content (posts, stories, videos, banners, etc.)• Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other tools• Conduct market and competitor research to support strategic decisions• Collaborate with design, product, and sales teams to align digital efforts with business goals• Coordinate influencer marketing efforts and partnerships• Support e-commerce activities, including product listings, online promotions, and customer interaction• Generate performance reports and suggest improvements based on data insights

လိုအပ်သောအရည်အချင်း
• 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing. Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.• Solid knowledge of SEO/SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content creation• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Facebook/Meta Ads Manager, and similar tools• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Burmese and English• Analytical thinking and data interpretation skills• Creativity, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
