Develop and implement the company’s digital marketing strategies effectively.
Plan, manage, monitor, and optimize online advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
Create and execute content marketing strategies to improve brand awareness and customer engagement.
Manage and maintain the company’s social media platforms, including Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and website channels.
Collaborate with the Creative Team to develop marketing materials, promotional content, and campaign ideas.
Implement SEO/SEM strategies to increase website traffic and online visibility.
Analyze campaign performance using data analytics tools and prepare improvement plans based on insights.
Prepare and submit weekly and monthly marketing performance reports to management.
Manage and control the marketing budget effectively to maximize campaign performance.
Work closely with the Sales Team to plan and execute promotional activities and marketing campaigns.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new marketing opportunities and trends.
Lead, supervise, and support the marketing team to achieve company goals.

Proficient in using Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads platforms.
Skilled in content creation, campaign planning, and branding strategies.
Able to use data analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Insights.
Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative marketing campaign ideas.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Must be updated with the latest digital marketing trends and social media updates.
