Responsible for planning, developing, implementing and managing the overall digital marketing plan following the strategy.
Increase brand awareness and equity through effective online communication.
Propose and implement monthly digital content calendar depending on current Market situation and align with trade calendar. Revise or update the calendar as needed.
Know the market insight and brand positioning to stay on top of the competitors.
Weekly monitor competitors' activities, report the findings, and propose the improvement plans to compete.
Ensure regular update of both websites and google map for store locations.
Developing and implementing effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategies
Create digital campaign once every month for each page & increase follower.
Monitoring digital agencies and their performance ensuring the best use of their resources
Oversee agencies' tasks, working timeline and ensure everything is on track and to be done as planned according to agreed schedule.
Monitor content and design layout of all branding & communication online to be consistent.
Planning & implementation for new store openings activities online according to the store opening schedule.
Support and brainstorm with Trade Marketing team and Brand team in planning and proposing for Yearly, Monthly Marketing Digital Calendar to be aligned with trade calendar

Any graduate or bachelor’s degree in marketing or relevant field.
A minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing or advertising position (Preferable having working experience at a retail company)
Basic video editing skill is a plus and up-to-date with the latest trends in online marketing as well as technologies in digital marketing
Highly creative with good communication idea and content writing skills
Innovative and able to create attractive online engagement campaigns
Outstanding communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills both internally and externally
Good language proficiency both Myanmar and English
Detail and result oriented person
Strong skills in agency management
Hard working, possess the ability to work under pressure and common sense.
