PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

This position is responsible to do survey, installation, withdrawal, sanitation, audit, customer satisfaction survey and professional service supplied to all Upper / Lower HEINEKEN Myanmar draught beer outlets.

RESPONSIBILITY

• Execute draught beer outlet survey, installation & sanitation
• Execute draught beer outlet audit and customer satisfaction survey
• Execute the repair and maintenance of draught beer cooler
• Co-operate with the brewery and draught beer service to maintain ISO 9001/HACCP standard
• Provide emergency services for all draught beer outlets and events
• Educate/Coaching sanitation service contractors and outlet bar staffs to improve beer handling skill and knowledge
• Maintain good condition of draught beer service vehicles
• Other assigned duties

Education & Other Qualification

• Graduated from University, Technical School/University, Electrical/Mechanical Education with Valid Driving License

Experience & Knowledge

• Familiar with the roads/travel of around Myanmar (Yangon/Mandalay/…etc.)
• Good inter-personal skill
• Self-confidence and good customer relationship
• High responsibility for independent working outside the office
• Able to travel around the country
• Able to drive car
• Fluent in local language and able to communicate basic English
