Condition monitor, and maintain mechanical equipment used in production processes, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently.

Perform routine mechanical maintenance, inspections and repairs on production machinery, identifying and addressing issues promptly.

Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical faults, adjusting or replacing components as necessary to minimize downtime.

Set up and calibrate mechanical equipment for new production runs, ensuring proper functionality and quality.

Maintain production logs and documentation, recording equipment performance, maintenance activities, and any incidents or issues.

Collaborate with other team members to optimize production processes and improve equipment efficiency.

Work closely with production teams to support continuous improvements and troubleshoot any mechanical problems during the production process.

Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in mechanical maintenance or similar roles.

Knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, motors, bearings, etc.

Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.

Ability to identify mechanical issues and provide timely repairs.

Able to lift heavy equipment and perform tasks in physically demanding environments.

Comfortable working in various conditions ( heat, noise, confined spaces ).

Attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.

Willingness to work shifts, overtime, weekends, or be on-call if required.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks independently.
