•    Manage and supervise production operations to ensure production targets are achieved according to the production plan.
•    Monitor and control production processes to ensure compliance with SOPs and defined process parameters.
•    Monitor and maintain Yield, Waste, and Production Efficiency within the defined targets and standards, and drive improvement where necessary.
•    Plan and manage shift schedules, manpower allocation, and work assignments to ensure efficient production operations.

•    Monitor production performance, including output, yield, waste, efficiency, and downtime, and provide timely reports to management.
•    Lead continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity, reduce waste and production losses, control costs, and improve overall production efficiency.
•    Identify, investigate, and resolve process deviations, abnormalities, and production losses through root cause analysis and corrective actions

•    Ensure production activities comply with GHP, Food Safety, Hygiene, HACCP, and company policies and procedures.

•    Bachelor’s degree in B. Tech (or) B.E (Engineering) preferred.
•    Minimum of 5 years of experience in Production, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.
•    Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, quality standards, and industry certifications.
•    Able to work in Mingalardone Township.
